Very very very simple. I will get a chicken that everyone understand what it is. I will get a whole ton of leaves, a whole ton of carrots, one pound of chick piece, potatoes, a big piece of bacon, blood sausage Are you following me? Onions, three or four. Two or three garlic cloves, some celery. So far so easy. You put the whole thing into the pot. You're gonna cook it for a couple of hours very slowly. At the end you're going to have a beautiful soup. You will strain the vegetables, strain the chicken. You will serve the vegetables in one tray, the chicken and the bacon in another with the black sausage. Some olive oil on top of the vegetables and the soup, you're gonna get your favorite pasta, and you will have the pasta in the last minute, bingo. Everyone happy.
