Something I believe is a crime, in Maryland, in the eastern seashore. The beautiful seashore, we have beautiful blue crabs. Beautiful. We need to start thinking about how long are we cooking those blue crabs. Sometimes they're so overcooked. So we need to start A, adding salt to the water. Number one. More or less the same quantity as the seawater blue crabs come from. And then we need to start controlling the time. Sometimes three minutes. It's all the crops need, and then put all the spices you want. But please, don't over cook them.
