I really love London, you'll see Roger's is taking forever cafe to a new level now, they re-did the kitchen I share and I still think it's the greatest restaurant that I ever go to in my life. Secondarily, I love this new place called the Peter's and Nursery, it's just wacky guy wants all this land, right over Tim's and you literally eat in a nursery with a green house. Third is Mark Hicks' restaurant on Brewer Street. And Mark Hicks is the local bora restaurateur in London. He gets these little baby [UNKNOWN] that are this big, he gets slipper lobster from the [UNKNOWN] river. I dont' know where he gets this stuff but he's a genius. And he's got the greatest cocktails in London. I love St. John. There's nothing to say, Fergus to me is the quintessential English chef. And lastly, and I just love it cuz it's the greatest brasserie maybe in all of Europe now, is the Wolseley Restaurant on Piccadilly. Jeremy King, Chris Corbin. It's just an amazing place
