Let's say if you can do [UNKNOWN] then instead of just doing them raw, what you could do is, you could grill them and serve them with like four different- I like serving them with Romasco sauce, pesto, and a little ioli One thing, hors devours I love doing, and it's so simple to do, is taking asparagus And either roasting it, grilling it or poaching it. Letting it cool and wrap it with prosciutto. And shrimp wrapped with bacon and then put it in the broiler, I'm sorry is better than any [UNKNOWN] in the world.
