Ice is one of those next level things that's going
to take your cocktails from just being delicious to being,
you know, fantastic. Things that people talk about after you
host them, or after they come to your bar. So
I have three different silicone molds that I use at
home. One is one and a quarter by one and
a quarter inch cubes. Those are the cubes that I'm
gonna be shaking or stirring with. Or if I'm feeling
really sort of fancy, you can get a mold that
comes in these long spears. You can put one long
spear into a Coleen's glass and then if you're a
whisky drinker, if you like spirits neat or sort of
chilled, you wanna get the silicone mode, there's usually four.
And those are the two by two inch cubes.
