I often use the kernels of corn in my recipe, just saute or in the food processor, sometime even in the blender to make a real puree, and cook it to make a real fresh polenta. And when you cut the corn, you know I cut it in that direction, you can cut it in that direction, there are often people that will take their knife and apply pressure here. And as you can see it is not easy why? Because I'm using about one inch from the center of the knife here. That the wrong position of the knife. From that position right down here, I start here and I finish there, and all of a sudden it slide very easily. As you can see, because I am using the knife the right way.
