No one ever fish to scale. And that happens often at my house. I tend to use a plastic bag like this, otherwise you make a real mess out of the kitchen. A threaded edge knife goes well with it on that case I use the shell of an oyster or clam. And I go directly in it Like this. [NOISE] And I scrape it. I don't have to worry about where those scales will end up here. [NOISE] And that makes my wife happy. So I do it on this side. [NOISE] I'm going to flip the fish over, again on the other side. Okay, so those scales otherwise really get all over the place. What I have to do now is run that fish Before I can bore it out. [BLANK_AUDIO]
