[MUSIC] We're going to start with doing a little tortilla pizza. You take one of those tortilla. The front side doesn't matter. A little bit of olive oil. You roll it underneath, on top. And then on the top this one, I think there is a recipe in the book we're going to do too. So Claudine, I'll slice that for you. You can arrange that on the pita. Put a little bit of salt and pepper on top I will Okay and then your regular. This is grated parm and we're gonna use both the grated parm as well as grated [CROSSTALK] so be careful with your salt on this. No don't be careful with your salt. Just hold the phone okay, all right. Fresh Tomato and we have some basil that we'll put at the end. Here, here. Just about enough, a bit of olive oil on top. Dash of salt on the tomato. Mozzarella on top here. And this is the classic margarita, right? Yes. A classic margarita. Yes. I don't know if it means you have a margarita with it, or Which I would like. [UNKNOWN] Okay. Then you put that into the oven. Bit of oil on top [UNKNOWN]. Okay. I did some on the tomatoes. Oh yes? No kidding. I did. I did. I did. Okay, more is better. In my pizza here I would want to put some shredded basil on top. [BLANK_AUDIO] I just will break the basil like this here. [APPLAUSE] [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
