To keep a chicken juicy you cook it at 4, 425 degrees. 20 minutes on one side, 20 minutes on the other side and just the 20 last minutes on the back and you baste it. When it's cooked you turn it upside down breast side down so all the juice goes in it just before you carve it. And the chicken will be delicious just with the natural juice.
