I'm doing a Greek salad now. So what do you have in a Greek salad? You have red onion, you have feta cheese, I'll make it about round also. You know. So I'm cutting this. Do you want? See, very often cooking itself is a question of reinterpretation of what you do. That's an understatement. It is? You do something...well you do something with it. So there in that case let's take [CROSSTALK] that tomato. I'm gonna cut it. I look at this, a piece of tomato...uuh, a piece of onion, A little dust of salt, cucumber, feta cheese, tomato, onion, cucumber again. What do I have? Another piece of tomato. That's it. Another piece of- This last piece of tomato. So you have a tomato salad here, what do we have in there in grace? You have olives. So I'm gonna put some olives there. Greek cooking is going to be, olive is going to be- Lemon juice is going to be oregano, it's going to be any of this. You take all of that in consideration. A little bit of the red onion. Okay, a little piece of oregano to make it really great. So I'll put it on top here. I'll take that out to put it there, it's easier. Ooooo that looks nice. Piece of oregano, maybe a little bit of oregano maybe on the outside. Lemon juice, and olive oil. and some red win vinegar, because I like that. and here is your Greek tomato salad.
