You know, the best tomato sauce, for me, is raw tomato sauce. Tomato at room temperature cut into dice like a salad. You put chives or basil in it, a little bit of onion, a dash of garlic, a lot of very good oil. It's at room temperature, cook your pasta, drain it, toss it in that raw tomato salad, and serve it. Great. You know, I would love to tell you that I have a different tomato sauce that I would say, but that is my favorite tomato sauce. Good. [LAUGH]
