You're gonna make a small 1/4" to 3/4" incision depending
upon how large the drumstick is right on the side.
Then you're going to reach across and you're going to
grab the opposite drumstick and you're going to pop it
right through the skin that's gonna hold this drumstick in.
Then you're going to grab the skin from the other
side of the chicken and you're going to make the
same incision. [BLANK_AUDIO] And then you're gonna pop the, again
the opposite drumstick right in through the opening. Just be
careful not to rip the skin and here you have
a trust chicken without using any kitchen twine.
