[MUSIC] I'm Justin Chapple from Food and Wine test kitchen. Join me as I demonstrate mad genius tips. [MUSIC] I absolutely love pancakes, but I hate the mess that they create, so I developed a mad genius tip to solve this problem. It uses a resealable freezer bag. First thing you're gonna want to do is Take a dish and set the bag in it to give you some leverage when you start adding your ingredients. I have measured out my ingredients, but save the trouble, save the bowls, and go ahead and measure right into the bag. Give it a quick shake. [MUSIC] I'm just gonna whisk my egg to break it up. And then you get to have a little fun. Massage your pancakes. At this point you're gonna wanna get all of your batter into one corner of the bag. We're not even gonna need to dirty a spoon or a measuring cup to get it on our hot griddle. We're gonna do it right out of the bag. Now, we're gonna go head and just take some kitchen sheers, and we're gonna snip off just the very tip. [SOUND] Just like that. And at this point, you get to pipe them. [MUSIC] Look at that. Pop it right onto your plate. [MUSIC] Look at that. Fluffy, steaming pancakes covered in maple syrup. [BLANK_AUDIO] They are so light and fluffy. It feels like Sunday morning. [BLANK_AUDIO]
