[MUSIC] Now here's the most important thing about working with red onions or white onions when you're gonna use them raw in a salsa. You need to rinse them off to get all of that strong onion flavor out of them, so that they'll make your salsa really sweet and nice. You'll get all the good parts of onion, all the good aspects of the flavor, without getting the strong parts of it. Especially when you're gonna make something up a little bit before you're gonna serve it. Rinsing the onion will keep it beautiful and fresh. [MUSIC]
