One of my favorite baked goods is Banana Bread. And
the best banana bread is made with over ripe bananas
because they're super sweet. But I don't always plan so
well and when I hit the store to buy my
bananas They're often green and really unripe. And very sad
like this. It has a natural frown. But I have
a mad genius tip that's gonna solve the problem. So
you're going to take your really sad frowning Green bananas,
and you're going to set them onto a baking sheet.
Then you're going to pop them in a 350 degree
oven for like 5 to 7 minutes. Check it out,
what you're looking for is this really dark color and
for them to be just soft to the touch. Then,
cut through the banana lengthwise, just like this. And look
at this. It's gotten so soft. And it's so ripe.
And I can spoon it out. It's super sweet. It
is packed with banana flavor. That's gonna make some pretty
good banana bread. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
