I'm Justin Chapple, the food and wine testers. Join me as I demonstrate mad genius tests. I've got a mad genius tip for peeling a hard boiled egg. The difficulty when peeling a hard cooked egg is if you don't get that super thin skin that sits in between the egg shell and the egg white, sometimes it can be super tedious and very frustrating. But the tip I have today is genius because it uses this, a simple kitchen teaspoon. So what you're gonna do is tap the bottom of the egg, the wider part of the egg, just like that, and then you're gonna peel off just the bottom of the shell. Now take your spoon and slide it under the shell. and if you're doing it right, and if you're getting it under the skin, you can see the color of the spoon right under the shell. And start out slow, and using just a little bit of pressure, you're going to turn the spoon just like this. And if you're doing it right and if you're catching the skin Do just like that.
