Join me as I demonstrate mad genius tips. What if
you could take something that's already super delicious and super
fun like a hot dog and make it even more
delicious and more fun? Well, I've got a mad genius
tip that's gonna show you how to do that. So
what we're gonna use to get us started is this.
It's a wooden skewer. We're going to stick the skewer
lengthwise from one end of the hot dog to the
other. Just like that. It almost looks like you're gonna
put this on the campfire, but you're not because you're
gonna turn it into a spiral cut hot dog. We're
gonna take a sharp paring knife and you're going to
make a cut on the angle until you hit the
wooden skewer. Once you've cut to the wooden skewer, you're
going to rotate your hot dog 90 degrees and you're
going to continue to cut and then you're. Gonna continue
to roll and continue to cut until you get to
the other end of the hot dog. The best part
is when you take that hot dog off the skewer.
Just like that, the coolest hot dog in the world,
the spiral cut hot dog. So now we're gonna pop
these on a grill, cook them up. [MUSIC] You can
hear them sizzling away. All the spiraled edges are getting
nice and crisp Gonna get us great texture and there
gonna be super delicious. [MUSIC] I think they're ready so
I'm gonna take em off and slide into a bun.
I'm gonna top it with some yellow mustard. It's gonna
be delicious. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
