[MUSIC] I'm Justin Chappell from Food & Wine's test kitchen.
Join me as I demonstrate mad genius tips. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
If you wanna make sweets for your sweetie, I have
a mad genius tip for heart shaped cupcakes. Start with
your muffin liners And you're going to place them in
your muffin pan. Then you're going to fill your muffin
liners, but you only want to fill them about halfway,
because they're going to rise in the oven. There we
go! And now, marbles! Watch this! What you're going to
do is fold back the top of the muffin liner.
Just like that and drop the marble right inside, and
that's gonna help create a point which will shape the
heart. Now we're going to bake our cupcakes off, I'm
doing 350 and they're gonna take about 18 minutes. I've
let my cupcakes cool, check this out. Our marble is
just hanging out in the pan, and check out my
beautiful little heart. We're gonna add some vanilla frosting and
some red sugar. [MUSIC] Adorable. Can't wait to eat this.
