Some chopped garlic and for heat a little crushed red pepper. If you don't like these flavors you can use garlic and lemon, you can use basil and then I'm going to go ahead and take a sheet of plastic like this and you're gonna go ahead and scrape all the butter right into the center of it. And just roll it up and just twist the ends and it looks kind of like this. Now I'm going to go ahead and pop it in the freezer, I want to get it nice and frozen but wait until you see what I'm going to do with it. Check out my frozen flavored butter. And my favorite way to use it is I love to grate it over freshly popped popcorn. This is a flavor explosion waiting to happen. Just gonna give it a toss.
