Anyone who loves fried rice as much as me knows it tends to be a little unhealthy. But I've got a tip for making your fried rice fix much healthier. [MUSIC] The trick here is I'm using my food processor to turn cauliflower into rice. Yes. You heard that correctly. I'm making cauliflower rice. I'm starting with a head of cauliflower that I've cut into florets and I'm just gonna add them to bowl of my food processor. and I'm going to put the lid on. [MUSIC] [SOUND] I pulsed it until it resembles rice If you wanna make [UNKNOWN] cous cous you could just keep pulsing it until it's much finer. It looks just like this, you see? Fluffy and it resembles rice. For my fried rice I like to saute garlic, chilis, a little ginger. And the cauliflower is already pretty tender so what you wanna do is add some soy sauce And some fresh lime juice. Then for freshness we're going to add some chopped cilantro. A little bit of salt. [MUSIC] Just transfer it to your serving bowl. And we're ready to go. Check this out. It's fluffy. It's hot. This is awesome. Who knew fried rice could be healthy? I did.
