The super chef explains why you should never buy breadcrumbs.
We're take about two to three minutes under a really hot broiler that's going to set the bread crumbs and i'm just using fresh toasted bread crumbs always make your own. Theres always some bread somewhere and if there isnt go but some. Do not succumb to the the blue can [LAUGH] [LAUGH] It's not evil, it's Satanic. [LAUGH] I don't know what else they put in there, but there's a lot of stuff in there that ain't bread cuz there's 19 ingredients and you don't wanna go there with them. You just want a little bread. So buy bread, put it in the food processor, toast the crumbs and there you have it. Throw them away after two or three days because, of course, old bread tastes exactly like what it sounds like, old bread. Yes, exactly. [BLANK_AUDIO]
