[MUSIC] I'm Justin Chapple from Food & WIne's test kitchen. Join me as I demonstrate med genius tips. [MUSIC] Decorating a cake can be challenging because you need a piping bag, patience and a steady hand. I've got a mad genius tip for decorating a cake creatively and easily with cookie cutters and sprinkles. I've baked my cake, I frosted it, and now I'm ready to decorate. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna grab my cookie cutters and I'm gonna lay them right on top of the cake, just like that. And now, we're gonna actually put the sprinkles into the cookie cutter, and they're gonna stick to the frosting. I can either spoon them right in, or I can teach you A bonus mad genius tip. If you've got some muffin liners, like this, on hand, they make it so much simpler. [MUSIC] Like this, like this. Fill them with ampersand. And now, [MUSIC] For the best part, no reveal. [MUSIC]. [MUSIC] Yet. [MUSIC] Check out my food and wine cake, it's beautiful. And it was so easy, and all you need to do to do something different is have different cookie colors and you can have a variety of colored sprinkles. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
