Dana called me on my cell phone, and it was a complete surprise. I was at the bank and I just get this phone call, and she's like, hello, George. I'm like, yes. She's like, Dana Cowin, Food & Wine Magazine. Then I was just like, hello. And she's just like, what are you doing? And I'm like, I'm at the bank. And she says, well, I hope your banking experience is a little happier. It's best new chef time, and Anna just freaked out. It was pretty cool to get that kind of a phone call. I was surprised.
