Ingredient that I'm really passionate about and truly love, that's a tough answer, there's, there's quite a few, but if I had to pick one I'd say [UNKNOWN], or salt cod. It's, it's so versatile and there are so many things you can do with it. Serve it raw, poach it, grill it, saute it, smoke it, I mean, make entrees with it, make salad, simple appetizers. It's just so versatile, and once you get to know it and taste it. And actually maybe go through the process of curing cod yourself. It's a really easy process, and it's just really simple delicious.
