We've been here since 1928, serving smoked meat and tourists come from all over the world and if you're coming here, you're coming for Schwartz's. It's a small organization basically family oriented. Thousands and thousands of sandwiches per day. I mean we sell more smoked ham than all the other delis in Montreal put together. Our smoked meat is made here. We bring it in. It's a raw piece of Brisket. It marinades for ten days, with our secret recipe of spices. We smoke it for eight hours. We steam it for three hours. You eat it within seconds.
