So I recognized early on that I had pain in my shoulders when I worked out. So what I do are lateral races. They look like this, 3 sets of 15 with a really light weight. You can do them in the front, just like that. And on the side. And it's just really important to keep your arms straight the whole time so you're activating your shoulder muscles and not other muscles. [BLANK_AUDIO]
