Hi I'm Elizabeth Falkner from Citizen Cake and Orson in San Francisco, California and I'm going to make some little date nut bonbons, it's got a little Moroccan flare. I'm going to take some pistachios, grind these up. So this is going to be on the outside of our bonbons. So I'm going to put these on a plate. Some toasted sliced almonds. We're gonna add our [UNKNOWN]. Already chopped up a little bit. And then, I'm gonna also add some walnuts. Walnuts are one of the healthiest nuts for you. And some [UNKNOWN] olives for black olives. We're also gonna add a little bit of [UNKNOWN] ginger and orange zest. Honey is really good for you too. These are just really natural energy boosters. I'm gonna pulse it. [NOISE] Just a little bit. Also something that I think gives it a little Moroccan flavor is this orange flower water, just a few drops. Okay, then we're just gonna pulse that a little bit more. [NOISE] I'm gonna just dump this in a bowl. It looks kinda like a cookie dough. And you can just use your hands and make little nuggets or little balls size of a walnut. So it's really simple, we just toss this in some of [UNKNOWN] and then we're good to go. Okay, let's try one. [BLANK_AUDIO]
