Hey, what's up? My name is Rocco DiSpirito. And I want to make for you something called pho, really delicious. Start off with a great stock. How do you know something tastes really good? You taste it. For acidity, we're gonna use some lime. And what are we gonna do to give it some sweetness? I like to use something called agave nectar. Rice noodles are very high calorie and really not that nutritious so you can replace it with this noodle, it's called shirataki noodle. When you buy these noodles they come in a bag. They go in a colander and you just rinse them with some cold water. Into the broth, so they don't have to cook, they just need to be warmed up. So here I've got some chilli paste. It just dissolved into the broth. What else do we wanna put in there? I think cilantro is a great thing to put. Basil is pretty easy find. We're gonna add some bean sprouts. Get a piece of tenderloin of beef. The good thing about tenderloin is that it's low in fat. Cut it as thin as you possibly can, and just throw it right on top. [NOISE] Of each bowl with a little scallion on top and you taste it. [BLANK_AUDIO] It's okay to slurp. [BLANK_AUDIO] Vietnamese noodle soup made with low cal noodles, low cal broth. Just as delicious as the original but much less calories which is really good for you.
