[SOUND] Food & Wine. [SOUND] We're gonna put a scrambled egg inside of the omelette. This is a very Frenchy thing I learned working for Daniel Bouluad. The great French chef in New York. But it's already wet and scrambled inside the omelette. I know! But, what are you gonna unroll it now? No. We're gonna take a knife and we're gonna cut it down the center. Wow. [BLANK_AUDIO] Okay, I'm sorry but that's really cool. And then. [APPLAUSE] Does everybody know that Everything is better with a fried egg on top, right? We know that. Alright, fried eggs it is.
