I grew up in Coleman North Alabama, famous for our sweet potatoes, because I mean we sometimes we'll do like a sweet potato hash brown. We'll do a sweet potato puree or even add some turnips and sweet potatoes and you know, you don't have to add that much butter. You know, let the flavor of the vegetables kind of speak.
