I would like for you to start a southern road trip in Birmingham, Alabama. Of course visit Highlands, Fonfon and Bottega, but then to go to a wonderful meat and three, Nicki's West. It's right next to the farmer's market. And it's incredible. Also there is Full Moon Bar-B-Que, ask for sliced outside and you'll have some of the best barbecue sandwich with a spicy chow chow. Head over to Greenwood, Mississippi, where Viking is. The Alluvian Hotel is an incredible spot, great restaurant. And then there's one of their old famous Southern restaurants, Lusco's, which you've got to check it out. Head on down to Breaux Bridge in Louisiana, one of the greatest Cajun towns in America in Louisiana, it's so full of personality you cannot help but have a great time.
