[MUSIC] [SOUND] [MUSIC] It looks like Kenny is going for capalini pasta with a mustard cream sauce and tramp. The first thing I do is cook the pasta, I got a pan down Sautee the mushrooms. As I watch Amanda, I'm just smiling. I'm like okay, you got it, you do exactly what I need you to do. I see some kind of broth, I see the fish. I'm like okay it needs to get seasoned, I season it with just a touch of salt. We have 30 minutes basically, why are you touching the fish. Leave the fish alone. [MUSIC] I notice a very aromatic broth. So it could be a sauce or poaching liquid. Maybe we will do a poach red snapper with aromatic broth. [MUSIC] You didn't season the fish did you? I seasoned the fish. I don't know if, can he see the salt? He can see the salt. I hope he can see that it's already seasoned and he don't kill it. [SOUND]
