I can see you're wondering why there's no guest judge standing next to me. That's because in this quick fire challenge, you'll be the ones doing the tasting. [SOUND] A well tuned palate is the most crucial tool a chef can possess We're going to play name that ingredient. Awesome. I think I have a great palette. So, I'd like to win one of these quick fires. I've been so close, and I haven't won. Especially after the last challenge, being in the bottom. Winning immunity would be nice. Please, draw knives.
