Good morning, Chefs. Good morning. Please welcome my guest judge for this quick [UNKNOWN], Todd English. Good morning. Thank you, [INAUDIBLE]. [APPLAUSE] Todd English is a, a very good chef. He likes simplicity. He has a ton of restaurants and, It's pretty hot. [LAUGH] So for this challenge each of you will roll these dice. Whatever number you get is the number of ingredients that you'll be allowed to use in this quick fire challenge. Salt, pepper, and oil are freebies everything else has to be within this number. Two ingredients, two ingredients would suck. [LAUGH] I think a bad roll of the dice would be 12. You don't want to be forced to work with too much stuff. So chef's, another thing. This is a high stakes quick-fire. Which means, one of you will win $15,000 from the M resorts. Wow. Wow. All right, all right. [APPLAUSE] Coming off of a loss on first chance for $15,000, I really wanna win this one. [SOUND] Four. Four. [APPLAUSE] [SOUND] Eight. [SOUND] Yeah. Five, not bad at all. Come on, Robin. [SOUND] Eight. [INAUDIBLE] There is $15,000 at stake so if I'm going how tomorrow, I'm going home with $15,000 dollars. So I am given eight ingredients and 30 minutes. That's not enough time to put anything on the stove so I immediately think of doing a [UNKNOWN] but maybe presenting it in a way somebody hasn't had Happy for him. My brother, sometimes, he can go a little bit far with his techniques. I think it's important to stay true to the classic flavors, so I'm doing the black cod. I'm gonna cook it [UNKNOWN], using the classic flavor combinations. All right, what is this one? I have a assembly [UNKNOWN] nitro gazpacho, compressed cucumbers and a little bit of bread toast on the side. [MUSIC] It is a great twist on the tradition. Thank you. [BLANK_AUDIO] I had [UNKNOWN]. What I did is a [UNKNOWN] black cod over a puree of carrot and ginger and finished it with daikon radish sprout. The poach is really rare. [MUSIC]
