love working with chocolate. It's very rich, it's very decadent.
It's what people expect when you think of great dessert.
But as you all know, chocolate can be very temperamental.
So you'll have your work cut out You need to
create the most luxurious chocolate dessert imaginable, because you have
to impress a room of 50 chocolate connoisseurs, including Mr.
