I'm Emily Highland of the Emily Restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, and I'm describing to you the Emmy Burger. The Emmy Berger is 30 day dry aged all beef patty from Fleischer's, it's grass fed beef. It's on a tom cat pretzel bun that's lightly toasted, With a one-year-aged grafton cheddar, sauteed onions, and our secret emmy sauce. We're in our third year now, we're a husband and wife team, and we're located in Clinton Hill, which is about ten Ten minutes from the Barclays Center.
