Something easy that you could do at home, I have a great recipe for a whole roasted tenderloin that has a horseradish crust. And if you have an extra time that you could make a little bit of my homemade Worcestershire sauce, it is a combination, it'll just blow your mind. And then you can build it from there. You can add a starch. You can add vegetables. You can add a salad. Maybe you wanna splurge and have caviar. I don't know, caviar and oysters on New Years Eve, sounds good to me. [LAUGH]
