I think this is such a great sport. I'm particularly
fond of it, I think, being a chef, because it's
practicing a different set of knife skills. So we take
a stance like this, bringing in your gut. Bringing the
sword over your head, all the way down your back,
and then [SOUND]. Having some intention. [NOISE] Because I'm really
hitting a target right about here. And going all the
way through it. This is really good for your arms
and your back and your shoulders. And just your core.
Because you're also breathing while you're doing this.
