Chile makes great Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, blend red blends, [UNKNOWN] which is this grape that was extinct in Bordeaux and came, and come back to life in Chile. But for me, the new kid on the block, the cool thing that's happening in Chile is that you've also now got Sauvignon Blanc. That happens also to go fantastically well with what you'd eat if you were in Santiago, which Among other things would be ceviche. Served with that Sauvignon Blanc. That's pretty darn terrific.
