It started out with a pastry crawl all around Melbourne, they have great bake shops, really strong coffee. two things that I stand by through life. And then a killer meal at Attica, Ben Shewry's restaurant Which was just amazing.>> I spent the morning from 4 AM to 7 AM at [UNKNOWN] Bakery in the original one with the 13th century ovens. Then from 7 in the morning till about 10 am I was at Pierre [UNKNOWN] getting macaron lessons The first time that I cooked for my wife! I made chicken masala, which is so Long Island of me. I have to say, it was lunch at Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. There's a reason the guy has three Michelin stars since 1965.
