[MUSIC] This is my 11th straight year at the Aspen Food & WIne Classic, and I'm always excited to come back to Aspen because first of all, the place is beautiful. All the consumers are incredibly enthusiastic. I wanna say this is probably my 20 I wanna say that this is probably my 21st food and wine. And you've got bread pudding just like that, folks. [APPLAUSE] Okay. Today is just chalk full of just awesome things to do regarding everything to do with food and wine. This is my tenth Aspen of the 25. The best part about aspen is that it's a collective group of people of like mind Are really about the joy of the whole thing. Most of the people really come here just to experience the whole thing, relax, and have a great time in a beautiful setting. I bring my kids so it's a family weekend for me, it's perfect. I've been to the Food and Wine Classic in [UNKNOWN]. This is my third time and one of the things I look forward to most is really being able to speak to the people. My favorite part of coming to the Food & Wine Classic is reconnecting with all my buddies in the food field. It's just incredible we've all grown up with food and wine and it's a great weekend for socializing with everybody. And it's always great to be back.
