[MUSIC] Charcoal too low is a big grilling mistake. Charcoal way too high grilling mistake. Too much charcoal big, big problem. Charcoal that you add stuff to and then you try to grill and you smother the fire, that's a big mistake. Room temperature steaks versus cold steaks. Steak out of the refrigerator onto a hot flame, lot of flames. What you get is black meat, raw inside. [MUSIC]
