[MUSIC] So starting off with the brine. This is an important step in making a turkey nice and moist. What it's gonna do is put in a lot of flavor while it's sitting in the brine. And make sure that the turkey's going to trap the moisture in while it's roasting. So it's not just going to just release all of its juices while it's roasting. And become really dry.
