The crimes against grilling are actually fairly common and they repeat each other over and over. A few simple rules. First of all, if you put something on the grill to cook like a steak, or a burger, or a piece of chicken, let the grill do its job. The guys that think they can grill. Want to grill so they flip and turn, flip and turn, and you're never going to get those great grill marks. You're never going to get that really nice crust on the outside of it. You're going to wind up with a gray, probably undercooked, burnt skin, raw to the bone chicken and nobody wants that.
