What we're going to taste now is Hoegaarden, and this is an unfiltered Belgian white beer. White means unfiltered. The beer is light colored. Cloudy beers. Have a quick smell. This is top fermented beer on elm, slightly sweet and then slightly sour and then we have a dry finish. Transform that into flavor. Fruity, slightly sweet, and then lemony or citric flavors with this spicy soft finish. Let's try it with the vegetable [UNKNOWN], the two combined actually build up the spicy flavor. It brings out the spices of [UNKNOWN], brings out the spices in your dish, But the two sort of fuse real well together, very lingering aftertaste. We're gonna try Leffe Blonde. We're gonna try the Kobe beef sliders and with all Amsterdam cheese. As soon as you will tried the Leffe Blonde, the sweetness will disappear. What what I'm using, I'm using the bitterness of the beer Not only to cut through the cheese, bring out the gorgeous cheese flavors, also the Kobe beef. So it's a bitterness we're using here. So what we can taste now is the Kobe beef. We now can taste more of the bitterness, okay? Although, it's less hoppy beer, for instance, than the Stella Artois. The key is, all these things, take time to taste things I can do very obvious things. Cuz [INAUDIBLE] are great with fish or seafood. Too easy for you. So that's why I'm trying to do some different food combinations. I would say big round of applause to you. And come and fight me for that beer and chocolate in [INAUDIBLE]. I'll see you all later. Thank you. [APPLAUSE]
