In Belgium, for every beer, we have a unique, specially designed glass. In Belgium we now have more than one thousand different beers which also means, one thousand different glasses. And what we all should notice, the wine glass has a richer, fuller aroma, while the straight glass, hardly any aroma. So what we're going to do, we're going to use Stella Artois for first of all I want to transform you all into professional beer tasters. So start up straight and then pour straight in, and then once you've got some foam then you tilt little bit and just pour little bit like that. Want you all to grab that plastic spoon I want you to taste the foam, scoop some foam. I want you to taste the foam, actually what you just tasted are the hops. You are tasting the bitter dry flavor. Now drink your beer through the foam, have a sip of your beer through the foam. And now you will have a more balanced flavor we are also tasting the sweetness of the beer and the bitterness. We are going to try [UNKNOWN] Start straight, and what you do is you pour in the middle. If you want more foam you stay in the middle, if you want less foam you move to the side. Okay. Look at the logo. As you can see. This will tell you how big the head should be. There's a reason why that logo is here and not on the bottom. Right, let's move to the Hoegaarden and we want to have a cloudy beer. So if everyone can pour a third of their glass. Just go straight so we create a head and tilt a little bit, and then we stop. [BLANK_AUDIO] I want you all to look at your beer. It's not really cloudy, it's a little bit hazy. I want you all to have a sip This is not how the beer should be poured. But I want you to experience the importance of pouring beer correctly. Now what we're going to do if you can all lift up your bottles, what we're going to do is we're gonna mix up. We're gonna swirl. Don't do it like this. [LAUGH] And then you pour the rest and tilt your glass. And then we're gonna pour the beer and the sediment into our And you'll see your the clarity of your beer change. Hold your glass up and hold your two fingers behind it if you cant see your two finger through it then no more swirling. [APPLAUSE]
