Barossa Valley, Southern Australia. This is a region a little
bit north of Adelaide down in the south of Australia,
and it is the home base, the center, for Australian
Shiraz. It's rich, it's that Kinda blackberry spice character that
makes people love Australian Shiraz so much. And it goes
great with something like baby back ribs with a barbecue
sauce, spicy, smoky sauce, lush rich wine, flavor everywhere. That's
the kinda match up that talks Barossa to me.
