[SOUND] I'm Travis Kauffman, and I make beer. I'm trying to achieve this idea of beer Being liquid sunshine because grain and hops are concentrated sunshine and I want my mouth and my patron's mouth to pop a wheelie when they drink the beer. To be refreshing and delicious and inspirational in a way that some beers aren't. It's really all in the details of You know, some of it's science, some of it's art. But I'm trying to simplify the process to remove as many variables as possible, and my goal is to make a beer that I want to drink every day. And hopefully if I do, everyone else will as well. [SOUND] The point of the whole process is that taste when it's right. And it's clean, and it's beautiful. The beer goes from sugar water into this beautiful, balanced, complete beer. It's pretty amazing. [BLANK_AUDIO]
