Anne Faber: Mulled Wine Jelly
[MUSIC] I really love my wine at Christmas, but I like to make mine a little differently. [MUSIC] First, I'll heat up some red wine and add some spices to it. I like using cinnamon, clove, ginger, and star anise. [MUSIC] I'll also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and some sugar. [MUSIC] And my favorite ingredient for mulled wine is a dash of whiskey.
