Here's a quick spring or summer bite. Take the ice out of your freezer, blend it up, bar blender, whatever you have, shave it fine or just pound it in towel until it's broken up. Take some beautiful syrup whether it be maple syrup, honey, whatever sweet and luscious, put that on it, put some fresh fruit on that, even yoghurt. And there you have it, a quick simple snack.
